Dr. Rosen is experienced in caring for women with complicated pregnancies. He specializes in prenatal diagnosis, invasive ultrasound-guided procedures in pregnancy including CVS, care of multiple gestations and pre-term labor. Dr. Rosen currently serves as the Director of the Robert Wood Johnson Division of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Services. He is an Attending Physician at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick.
Before joining Robert Wood Johnson, Dr. Rosen served at Columbia University Medical Center as Director of Perinatal Research and Director of First Trimester Risk Assessment. He was an Assistant Professor in the College of Physicians and Surgeons and an Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Rosen has also served as Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine for Atlantic Health Systems which includes Morristown Memorial Hospital, Overlook Hospital, and Mountainside Hospital in New Jersey. He was on faculty at New York University Medical Center in New York. His research at NYU focused on the molecular basis of preterm labor and was the basis for numerous peer-reviewed articles.
Dr. Rosen and his colleagues in their new location at the New Jersey Center for Healthy Living in Montclair will work with patients and their obstetricians to manage complications that may arise from pregnancy. For especially complicated pregnancies, his team can assume complete care of patients including management of labor and delivery at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center. In addition, his practice offers screening for low-risk pregnancies through ultrasound and first trimester screening for common birth defects such as Down Syndrome.
