Shiatsu/Shin Tai Integrated Bodywork
A gentle bodywork technique designed to improve postural alignment, strengthen the nervous system and rebalance the subtle energy body; effective in facilitating the healing of long term structural and emotional holding patterns. 60 and 90 minutes

Foot Reflexology
A warm sage footbath followed by skillful application of pressure to reflex points on the feet; facilitates the release of stress and promotes harmony and balance in the body as well as providing stimulation of natural healing forces. 55 minutes
